Jill is a lifelong 4-H’er who is passionate about the ability of young people to help solve our world’s most urgent issues. A collaborator and strategic thinker, she has mobilized more than $100 million in sustainable fundraising revenue.

At National 4-H Council, Jill leads the national Advancement Team focused on mission-related investments in science, health and food security. Partnering with top tier corporations and foundations, her team raised more than $25 million to engage 1 million new young people science. She believes that measurable impact, sustainability and multichannel engagement are critical to developing transformational partnerships in the social sector. These partnerships plus high quality youth development programs, create a solution for the future of our world!

Earlier in her career, Jill led fund development strategy and execution at highly impactful consulting firms and top tier causes. Jill received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Maryland.

Jill and her husband have two children and live on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
