Karen joined Tri Delta in June 2014, following an extensive career in marketing and non-profit management. As Chief Executive Officer, Karen oversees the three entities that comprise the $160M Tri Delta enterprise: Delta Delta Delta Women’s Fraternity; the Delta Delta Delta Foundation; and the Delta Delta Delta National House Corporation. Karen leads a team of 70 professional staff that support more than 270,000 Tri Delta members across 144 collegiate chapters across North America and 254 alumnae chapters worldwide.   

Before joining Tri Delta, Karen served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. In this role, she led the organization's corporate, sports and fitness fundraising efforts, working with Fortune 500 companies and premier sports leagues, including the NFL and PGA. She also oversaw St. Jude's fitness platform, including the St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer and the St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend. Karen held a similar position with Susan G. Komen prior to joining St. Jude. 

A 1988 graduate of the University of Georgia, Karen joined Tri Delta at Brenau Women's University in 1984 and affiliated with the Alpha Rho chapter at the University of Georgia in 1985.

Karen lives in Allen, TX with her three children: Mary Patrick, 21, a senior at the University of Missouri; Will, 17; and Tee, 15. In her spare time, she enjoys running, cooking/entertaining and sports.
