Michael J. Burlingame has been at the International Rescue Committee since October 2016. Mr. Burlingame steers the direct marketing program, creative services and branding as well as marketing analytics for the United States. He and his team have increased revenue by 85 percent and almost tripled the amount of donors. During his tenure at Human Rights Watch, he was part of the leadership team that doubled revenue for the organization within five years and expanded its fundraising presence across four continents. Mr. Burlingame resides in New York City with his husband and eight-year-old daughter.
