Shirley Rogers is the Chief Hospital Relations Officer for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Her responsibilities include strategic oversight of relationships with 170 hospital partners and directing regional support and hospital support teams.
Rogers has been with CMN Hospitals since 1994. Her previous roles included being senior vice president over corporate development, major accounts, and human resources. Prior to joining CMN Hospitals, Rogers was employed by Marriott International where she conducted systems analysis and design. She launched and oversaw the Honored Guest Awards (HGA) front desk training, program implementation and quality control for all Marriott locations worldwide.
She attended Bellevue College in Nebraska where she studied business and sports management.
