Mary Hutchinson has commanded respect as a development department leader and a manager of multimillion-dollar corporate and foundation relationships and grants. Since joining Social Capital, Hutchinson has served as senior strategist and writer to leading nonprofits, including the American Cancer Society, Best Friends Animal Society, American Red Cross, Americares, Feeding America, Ronald McDonald House Charities, UNICEF USA and World Wildlife Fund.

Hutchinson previously worked as deputy development officer/vice president, philanthropy operations for Feeding America, where she managed multifaceted relationships with the organization’s top corporate and foundation partners and led the organization’s multimillion-dollar grant-making team and philanthropy operations.

Hutchinson earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MPA from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, specializing in nonprofit management.
