Cassidy Welter is a research analyst for Social Capital. She works with and researches top national and global causes and foundation.
Prior to joining Social Capital, Welter worked with a number of non-profit and for-profit organizations conducting research. She specializes in weaving qualitative narratives through quantitative data to form compelling research material and publications. She was an Academic Fellow with the United States Department of Education where she conducted original research in Spanish, Portuguese, and English that addressed human rights issues through the lens of political development. Prior to her time as an Academic Fellow, she was both a graduate researcher and academic research assistant.
Welter received her B.A. with Honors in Political Science and Religion from the University of Rochester. She received her M.A. from the University of Chicago. She is based in Chicago, IL.
