Laura Traut-Coyle

Laura Traut-Coyle is a fundraising and marketing professional with over 18 years of combined corporate and non-profit experience. Traut–Coyle most recently was the Director of Cause Marketing for Feeding America where she oversaw major donor campaign development and cause marketing strategy.
During her six year tenure at Feeding America, she led the development of noteworthy cause marketing campaigns such as the Pound for Pound Challenge with General Mills and NBC’s The Biggest Loser as well as the Huddle to Fight Hunger campaign with Kraft Foods. Laura led the organization’s strategic planning process for the cause marketing department and was a critical driver to the overall corporate philanthropic program. Traut-Coyle was an integral player in the brand development process and participated heavily in the organization’s name transition from America’s Second Harvest to Feeding America. In her work at Feeding America, Traut-Coyle also served as a Director on their corporate philanthropy team where she managed the overall philanthropic relationship with such partners as ConAgra Foods, Kroger and Wal-Mart.
Prior to Feeding America, Traut-Coyle spent 12 years in marketing, market research and brand management in the consumer packaged goods industry. Her resume includes work with companies such as Kraft Foods, Morton Salt and Information Resources Inc. where she managed the S.C. Johnson account. Laura has experience as a leader within Fortune 500 companies and understands keenly the success factors for brands.
Traut–Coyle is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
