JULIE HOGAN – STRATEGIST & PRACTICE LEADER, TRAINING
Julie Hogan has been part of the philanthropic marketing industry since 2000, specializing in corporate partnership training and strategic direction for nonprofit clients’ partnership programs. Hogan’s training work includes sharing best practices in corporate sponsorships and corporate engagement activities; teaching nonprofits to construct partnership levels and associated benefits; running how-to workshops to create customized sales materials; and consulting on-site dealing with specific partnership issues and concerns. Hogan’s consulting includes orchestrating partnership deals; creating customized sales materials; strategizing partnership recognition to maximize revenue and incentivize partners to support at higher levels; and developing multi-dimensional activation strategies. Hogan’s clients have included the American Red Cross, Feeding America (formerly America’s Second Harvest), KaBOOM!, Make-A-Wish Foundation International, Special Olympics International and multiple state Special Olympics Programs, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, World Wildlife Fund, and United Way of America.
Prior to joining Social Capital, Hogan served as project director for IEG Consulting where she created partnership strategies for nonprofit, sports, arts, fair/festival and association clients. She was also a frequent presenter at nonprofit conferences and educational seminars, sharing industry best practices and conducting how-to workshops. Julie Hogan earned her B.A. in economics and English from Ripon College.
