Aleia Naylor is a marketing and partnership strategist with two decades of experience in strategic philanthropy, corporate partnerships, cause marketing, communications and events. As a nonprofit leader, Naylor has helped raise more than $40 million in transformational revenue and designed partnership activations for global consumer brands and media.
As CMO & Chief Strategist at Social Capital, Naylor supports top causes such as AADO, American Red Cross, Feeding America, Habitat for Humanity International, National 4-H Council, PanCAN, Special Olympics, Truth Initiative, U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, UI Health, the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation and United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, the V Foundation for Cancer Research and Welcome.US. Naylor also heads Social Capital’s commitment to growing and supporting Social Capital Community—the thought leaders from top causes, as well as corporate and foundation partners, pushing boundaries for greater social impact.
Prior to Social Capital, Naylor served as chief marketing officer for the Women’s Sports Foundation, a leading voice on gender and racial equity in sports. Naylor led the organization’s largest rebrand and expanded its digital, cause marketing and communications strategies through a 100-million-strong social influencer network. During her tenure, she also built communications and events teams and helped create advocacy, research and grant programs addressing social, economic and health inequities affecting BIPOC communities.
Naylor is dedicated to causes that promote diversity and equality, serving on the Board of Directors for Rising Media Stars, a nonprofit committed to the career advancement of women of color in broadcasting. Naylor earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Wake Forest University.
