Jill Bramble is the Senior Vice President, Chief Development Officer at National 4-H Council.
She is responsible for leading a team of development professionals and managing a portfolio of strategic-level corporate sponsorships that raise more than $20 million annually in programmatic funding to the 4-H movement.
Jill is a lifelong 4-H’er who is passionate about the ability of young people to help solve our world’s most urgent issues. A collaborator and strategic thinker, she has mobilized more than $100 million in sustainable fundraising revenue.
Before joining National 4-H Council, Jill was a senior consultant for Just Cause Consulting where she led strategic planning and grant-writing for nonprofit organizations on the East Coast. Prior to her consulting world, Jill was the Income Development Director for the Mid-Atlantic Division of the American Cancer Society where she led fundraising and local board development in Maryland and Delaware. During her tenure, the Mid-Atlantic Division increased corporate support by more than 200% and Maryland and Delaware achieved the highest per capital individual giving rate for the entire Division.
Jill received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Maryland. Jill and her husband have two children and live on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
