SENIOR DESIGNER + ILLUSTRATOR
Artist, screen printer, part-time golfer, leisure activity enthusiast
As a Senior Designer, Stegner specializes in visual communications and creative problem-solving. Her expertise includes print and digital marketing, custom illustration, art direction, identity design and brand development. Stegner is a skilled illustrator and printmaker who uses a combination of analog, digital and photographic techniques to bring texture and depth to her creative work. She also has a keen eye for information and typographic design.
Since joining Social Capital, Stegner has served as senior designer for many clients, including Blood Cancer United, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO), Feeding America, Girl Scouts of the USA, Heart Rhythm Society, Human Rights Campaign, Infectious Disease Society of America Foundation, Kay Yow Cancer Fund, Smile Train, The END Fund, The Mission Continues, Truth Initiative, United Way Worldwide, the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation and Vera.
Prior to Social Capital, she worked as an art director in the advertising and publishing sectors.
Stegner earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa in drawing and printmaking and a second bachelor’s degree in visual communications from the Illinois Institute of Art at Chicago. She is also part of the artist community at Lillstreet Art Center on the northside of Chicago, where she teaches design classes in the Digital Department.
