Tracy Fritzsching has more than two decades of experience developing mission-driven creative, with expertise in brand identity, print and digital design, presentation design, event materials and website design.
As a senior designer with Social Capital, Fritzsching supports organizations and foundations by translating complex social issues into clear, effective visual communications. Her client experience includes organizations such as American Cancer Society, Best Friends Animal Society, Blood Cancer United, The END Fund, Feeding America, FoodCorps, National 4-H Council, New York Cares, United Way Worldwide and United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. Her work spans donor communications, pitch decks, reports and digital assets that strengthen storytelling and help clients connect more effectively with their audiences.
Prior to working with Social Capital, Fritzsching has partnered with nonprofits, educational institutions, small businesses, faith-based organizations and agencies to develop cohesive brand systems and marketing materials across print and digital platforms. Earlier in her career, she held roles in advertising and production design, building a strong foundation in creative development and client services.
Fritzsching holds a bachelor’s in psychology from Northern Illinois University and an associate’s degree in graphic design from The Illinois Institute of Art.
