Working hand-in-hand with Feeding America, Social Capital created Give A Meal—a call-to-action campaign that was designed to attract corporate partners and their constituents. In the first year, major corporate partner Bank of America launched the campaign during the holiday time period and raised $2.5M through a matching gift to its consumers—more than doubling their initial commitment to the campaign. Since then, Give A Meal has evolved into the organization’s primary year-round consumer-facing campaign and is used with multiple partners.
